Through a process called “brainwave entertainment”, binaural beats are meant to reduce anxiety and promote a deep state of relaxation. They can potentially improve concentration while you work or study, and makes it easier to enter a state of deep calm, encouraging better sleep and beneficial during a meditative state.
If you’re anything like me and enjoy having some sort of white noise as you sleep, try listening to binaural beats. It calms my mind from the constant chatter I get before bed that typically keeps me up longer than I’d like. Life is stressful and sometimes the only moment you get to think is when you lay your head on the pillow. But that only adds to the stress, because now you haven’t slept well and this rolls over into the next day. So if you need help calming the mind, put on binaural beats and drift away.
You can try binaural beats on any music platform, I get mine on Spotify. Binaural beats works best when using headphones. If that’s too uncomfortable while you sleep, try listening to them during the day to get the best effects.
